They are family to me and I am so excited to see them each time. It says alot when employees show such commitment, loyalty and professionalism at their work place. The Dreams Cancun staff made my visit and experience in Cancun extremely enjoyable. This was my first venture to Cancun and it truly is a one-of-a-kind destination! Dreams Cancun’s location is excellent, as are all the available activities, and amenities. Your staff is also what especially stands out. Always helpful, warm, loving and prompt. At night I asked for a 7:30 am wake up call, and requested room service of coffee & rolls. The next morning the wake up call rings at 7:30 am, and 5 seconds later there is a knock at the door, with my coffee and rolls. I was truly amazed at the prompt service and certainly appreciated it! Thank you for your generous hospitality and for your good and kind care of me! Hope to come back soon.

My husband, three children and I all had the best time at Dreams Cancun! This vacation exceeded our expectations. The location is great; we loved being at the tip of Cancun with the views of the ocean and being able to swim and play in the bay. The service was terrific. When lying by the poolside or at the beach there was always someone asking if we needed a beverage or food. My kids swam with the dolphins and they now have a lifetime memory. I appreciated how well the caretakers and trainers took care of the dolphins. If you are contemplating going to Dreams Cancun with or without your kids, do not hesitate. Go and enjoy the views, the food, the drinks and the Dolphins!

Dreams Cancun could not have been a better vacation! Service was outstanding, food was great and the location excellent. The service was the most exceptional we have ever experienced.

My family and I stayed at Dreams Cancun Resort & Spa on March 7 - 15, 2009. This was our second stay at Dreams Cancun Resort & Spa and it did not disappoint. It is hard to put into words what an absolutely amazing vacation this was. It truly was magical!
From the moment we arrived, the employees were incredible. The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help and please, go beyond anything we have ever experienced. We even had a few people who recognized us from our stay two years ago. Every employee was so kind and when they say "my pleasure" they truly come across meaning it. They all loved their jobs!
The entertainment staff was fantastic and always had something going on. The kids loved the beach volleyball. The beach was always immaculately clean as were the buildings and grounds themselves. Each night we tried to schedule our activities so we would be back in time for Latin Fusion where we all loved the music and dancing. We could not stop talking about how happy we were.
