We spent two wonderful weeks at Dreams Tulum. Every hotel employee was absolutely wonderful – they worked so hard for us to have the most amazing vacation ever! The hotel is top class. Perfectly located in the middle of the jungle, but not too far from many things, with magnificent buildings and great rooms and suites.
There were plenty of beverages in the minibar and it was filled daily. Two swimming pools invite you to jump in. One pool provides entertainment while the other is much quieter. You are able to stroll along the beautiful beach almost entirely down to the Maya ruins in Tulum. It takes about two hours to go back and forth, which I highly recommend. The food was out of this world!
This hotel deserves to be awarded four diamonds for its great staff, location, friendliness and food.
Overall, I would give this hotel six stars! I can hardly wait to go back!

We stayed at Dreams Tulum for a 10-night stay on March 17th. On arrival, the hotel and grounds were very impressive. Check-in was extremely smooth. The room and bathroom were spacious. We were on the ground floor with a patio area (with hammock), with views over a courtyard garden. We tried all seven restaurants and could not find a fault with any of them. The best thing was not having to book a reservation. The World Café, the buffet restaurant, was very good, especially for breakfast with so many choices. All of the bars were excellent, especially the cocktails! They used premium brand liquors and were able to make any cocktail you wanted.
The resorts staff was very friendly and hardworking. It was lovely being served cocktails while relaxing on a lounge chair. The two swimming pools are fabulous. The ocean is fabulous to swim in, although it may be slightly too rough for children. The hotel never seemed too crowded as it has so many restaurants, large pools, spacious grounds and has kept the number of rooms lower than a lot of other hotels we looked at.
Overall we had an excellent vacation and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
